We are thrilled to workout with you this summer. These killer workouts are crafted for the experienced gym goer but made with the understanding that a summer schedule isn't exactly picture perfect, nor should it be! We've changed up our routine to incorporate three full body days so that if you only make it to the gym one day a week, you won't feel guilty for taking FULL advantage of that gorgeous hike with girlfriends or game of tag at the pool with your kiddos.
